Obama’s False Docs Finally Entered in Court

After a terribly long journey by many who have since been smeared, ridiculed and even incarcerated – the evidence that Barack Hussein Obama is both a usurper and a criminal has been entered as evidence into a United States court of law.  The country owes a debt of gratitude to attorney Orly Taitz for the persistence, tenacity and personal humiliation she has endured to succeed in this accomplishment.

On one hand, it’s only a tiny mustard seed on the scales of justice and in and of itself means nothing.  On the other hand, it is monumental not only in what it could mean to start to turn the tide of public opinion in the matter of his eligibility to be President, but in illuminating the light of truth in the midst of extreme corruption in media and government.

For those who didn’t know – Obama’s lawyers tried to get it kicked out, and then didn’t show.  Over the objection OF THE JUDGE.  I’m no lawyer, but I hear judges are funny when ANYONE questions their authority.

Taitz is the LEAST likely hero as is often the case in near-biblical tales, in her legal skill, reputation and even personal citizenship and pedigree.  But, she got entered into evidence today:

• Expert testimony that the White House published a falsified government document (Hawaii Birth Certificate).
• Expert testimony and evidence that by Obama’s own admission his father was not a US Citizen including INS documents
• Expert legal testimony that the founders intended the President to be a natural born citizen by two US citizens and confirmed in Minor vs Happersett.
• Private Investigation evidence that Obama currently uses a fraudulent Social Security Number
• Evidence that the Democrat National Convention never certified the constitutional qualification for Obama to be President as the RNC did.

The most striking is the all for Hawaii to turn over the original birth certificate and if it is concluded that Obama is NOT a US Citizen, that he be deported immediately.

The following is a nutshell account of the proceedings.

Promptly at 9am  EST, all attorneys involved in the Obama Georgia eligibility case were called to the Judge’s chambers. This was indeed a very interesting beginning to this long awaited and important case.

The case revolved around the Natural Born clause of the Constitution and whether or not Obama qualifies under it to serve. More to the point, if found ineligible, Obama’s name would not appear on the 2012 ballot in Georgia.

Obama himself, who had been subpoenaed to appear, of course was nowhere near Georgia. Instead, Obama was on a campaign swing appearing in Las Vegas and in Colorado ignoring the court in Georgia.

Over the last several weeks, Obama’s attorney, Michael Jablonski, had attempted several tactics to keep this case from moving forward. He first tried to have it dismissed, then argued that it was irrelevant to Obama. After that, Jablonski argued that a state could not, under the law, determine who would or would not be on a ballot and later, that Obama was simply too busy with the duties of office to appear.

After all these arguments were dispatched by the Georgia Court, Jablonski, in desperation, wrote to the Georgia Secretary of State attempting to place Obama above the law and declared that the case was not to he heard and neither he nor his client would participate.

Secretary of State, Brian Kemp, fired back a letter hours later telling Jablonski he was free to abandon the case and not participate but that he would do so at his and his clients peril.

Game on.

5 minutes.

10 minutes.

15 minutes with the attorneys in the judge’s chambers.

20 minutes.

It appears Jablonski is not in attendance as the attorneys return, all go to the plaintiff table 24 minutes after meeting in the judge’s chambers.

Has Obama’s attorney made good on his stated threat not to participate? Is he directly ignoring the court’s subpoena? Is he placing Obama above the law? It seems so. Were you or I subpoenaed to appear in court, would we or our attorney be allowed such action or, non action?

Certainly not.

Court is called to order.

Obama’s birth certificate is entered into evidence.

Obama’s father’s place of birth, Kenya East Africa is entered into evidence.

Pages 214 and 215 from Obama’s book, “Dreams from My Father” entered into evidence. Highlighted. This is where Obama indicates that, in 1966 or 1967 that his father’s history is mentioned. It states that his father’s passport had been revoked and he was unable to leave Kenya.

Voters Believe Barack Is the Smartest Candidate for 2012

WARNING: USDA Prime PolitiJim Rant Ahead.  You might disagree - but now it's "out" there.


It's time for a Reality Check people!  I don't mean the Americans who think that Obama has more honesty, integrity and intelligence than Perry or Romney as shown in this latest poll from the Barna Group.  I mean you conservatives.  Bloggers to Beck, internet radio to Rush, who have consistently avoided bringing up the ugliest aspects about the current chief executive office holder.


Here is what your silence on the crimes of Obama has wrought.


Any politico knows that negative ads work. You still must articulate a positive plan and image - but driving up an opponent's negatives - work.  And as George Bush learned in his lack of defense over Iraq and Afghanistan war action, as Bob Dole learned with his run against Clinton - these negatives can't be ignored by "taking the higher ground" without a punitive impact of public perception.  Why should America truly believe we conservatives are "all that" about the Constitution when we don't make a peep about the worst transgressions agin' it?  Even liberal George Lopez wants to see the birth certificate!  And I doubt he knows that Obama failed eVerify!

I understand the liberals and mainstream media not wanting to touch these issues. A) They went too far out on a limb during the coronation and are embarrassed. B) They fear attacking Barack will reflect on their Democratic "franchise" so it's best not to bring the worst things to light. 

I think this is the primary reason most African Americans still support the President. Their years of brainwashing that they are "African" first and "Americans" second (yes, brainwashing) triggers a subconscious defense that all blacks will be associated by his failure. It's not true of course but I understand the "groupthink."

Would Barack have ANY support among his party or constituency if it became public knowledge he was an ID Thief with a stolen SSN?  Ok - it was inexplicable to us that over 70% of African Americans thought OJ was innocent, but even that changed when other high profile Africans spoke the truth the rest of us saw earlier.  (Many groups won't believe something as a whole when their media inputs and peer groups are unified on a specific viewpoint.)  And these influencers within a specific interest group are themselves influenced by peer pressure of other groups they want/need approval of!  Did you get that?  It's the "Emporer's New Clothes" syndrome.  The same political establishment that laughed at Ronald Reagan as a President in 1979, just celebrated him 2009.  Read my article on how Political Ideas Become Reality. But these groups won't change until the very evidence of the truth forces them to make an informed decision upon it.


But can we now start openly talking about the proven use of a fake Social Security Number, the outright forgery and promotion to the American people of a faked birth certificate and the systematic cover-up of the entire academic history by Mr. Obama?


With the discovery of a letter from Mr. Obama as Editor of the Harvard Law Review, we now have direct evidence that the campaign and media propaganda of Obama as a "legal scholar" is provably false.  Even the New York Times finally fired the usurper who forged his resume to obtain employment.


The silence of media conservatives on this matter makes them accomplices to continued perpetration of lies by Barack Obama.  And it condemns those who continue to say this is a better "strategy," by burying truth.


Guess what happens when you don't call attention to (much less enforce) crimes that are being committed?  Those crimes increase.  Not just in frequency, but in acceptance by society.


Three times this country enforced illegal immigration laws and removed them from the US (including once by FDR).  US employment increased and enforcement costs dropped.  Why? Because the prospective criminals KNEW there would be real consequences to their actions.  Rudy Giuliani was lancinated by the media and liberals who protested the removal of bums from New York street.  But when enforcement became inevitable, businesses returned, tourism increased and there was not a single reported incident of starvation by the homeless.

It is time for us to set the standard as conservatives of WHAT IS EXPECTED in a leader by not allowing those currently elected to get a "pass" because of what the media may say about out it.  Had McCain truly been the "maverick" he decreed himself to be, he would have asked for ID prior to accepting the debates as HE HAD TO DO in Congress.


Yes there will be many good consequences of successful prosecution of these issues including the vacation of Ms. Kagan at the Supreme Court, the immediate nullification of ObamaCare and every treacherous Executive Order Obama has signed.  But that is not the reason to patiently, pleasantly and firmly press these issues.  Where is the outrage that Sotomayor Or Kagan didn't recuse themselves from the most recent Supreme Court case on Obama's eligibility when there very jobs were at stake?  You want people to take the Constitution seriously?  Then be consistent in your defense of it.


Are you only for "parts" of the Constitution being enforced?  Do you want to abdicate your authority as a people over your government?  Keeping ignoring these issues and you'll get Obama and worse.  Hillary is waiting in the wings.

If conservatives were truly concerned with the enforcement of the Constitution as they claim, they would methodically ask for the credentials of the single most important official over enforcing the Constitution who uses his feloniousness as a middle finger to We, the People.

The Nightmare (for liberals) before (America's) Christmas

It started the week of the budget debate.  I had just seen SARAH PALIN: THE UNDEFEATED and perhaps my synapses were misfiring due to the extreme amount of serotonin used during the deficit battle.


I was exhausted and frustrated at the capitulation to "compromise" by not only the establishment GOP, but even those on the right who were fearful of the fight.  And as I drifted off to sleep in fits of frustration, I swore I saw Barak Obama staring alone at the TV in the oval office.  President Elect Sarah Palin and Vice President Michelle Bauchmann gracing the screen:

Twas the night of the Chicas, and through the White House,
Obama was trembling, exposed as a louse.
The networks were stunned at the landslide of red,
In hopes that their nightmare was ending instead.


The staffers long gone - no one in their steads,
All papers, recordings in baskets of shreds.
Sarah in her glasses, Michelle in her pumps,
both enjoying the election landslide triumph.


For 2 months before, his debate hope was shattered,
his polls and his lies were ripped down and battered.
The "Anointed One"'s gab, once cool and brash,
was gone like the Billion of record campaign cash.


The doom on his quest from this mama grizzly foe,
struck hard from the start as she launched the first blow.   
"Mr. President," she said, "my goal is so clear,
When elected, I'll make sure you're jail time severe."


"You said we had driven right into a ditch,
but you dug it farther, and it's not just a glitch.
More Marxist than China, your policies became,
and rather than fix it, you just called us names."

"But George Bush! Tea Party! You're heartless!" he proclaimed.
"You're bigots and terrorists, and the poor you declaim.
The Bush cuts will kills us, and we didn't spend enough
If it wasn't for the 'baggers we'd be out of this trough!"


"Mr. President..., NO! - 'Spend, spend!' was your cry,
Stimulus, Tarp and QE2 did you vie.
"Even Dems were repulsed at the budget you drew.
And the Dow knows now US bankruptcy is due." 


"For a while some were tingling with 'George W' dissent,
But transparency was as real as 8 percent unemployment.
"Stimulus for guns - that killed border guards,
In centuries past you'd have been shot and tarred."


"And killing a hundred thousand oil drilling jobs,
showed the lengths you would go to create Alinksy mobs.
"if Mao or Lenin set out to destroy us,
they'd consider your one term a victory joyous."  


The President glared back and resented this cow.
A trickle of sweat appearing on his brow.
He would have to think fast, and speak very slow
Use the old snake charm, divert and blow some more snow.


"My mother was poor, I struggled in my youth,
to overcome obstacles and find out the truth.
"My father sacrificed, that I could succeed,
and to Congress was I elected, to help those in need."


"With the facts,"  Sarah stopped him, "are you playing loose.
"I am smelling something similar to the crap from a moose.
"Your record in Congress was of nothing to boast.
You voted 'present' more often than I've cooked a roast" 


"Against the debt ceiling - were you in the Senate,
Fleecing taxpayers for unions - was your new tenet"
"And if not enough, what you did with car dealers,
closing their stores like Cesar and robbing bond holders." 


And don't get me started on your 'long form birth cert.'
you committed a felony and the office, pervert.
No, Barak, or Barry, with your fake SS number,
I will clean up your mess and job growth unencumber."


Barry spoke not a word, for nothing seemed to work
Even Brian Williams now saw the 'Messiah' as a jerk
"in Alaska I did this and the bureaucrats depose."
The audience once silent, now applauding - arose.


He shook and shuttered recalling the dismissal,
the unions failing delivery of the fake votes made him bristle,
He then heard them exclaim those 2 women he did spite, 
"God bless America.  And remember, right will always win the fight."
