EXCLUSIVE: The NAACP’s Voter Fraud Crimes In Progress

You don’t have to be a grief counselor to realize that it is important to tip toe cautiously around topics involving someone’s departed spouse.  Especially around anniversaries.  Unless you’re the NAACP.  Then what you do is drag the deceased’s name  into corrupt politics.  Or criminal voter fraud.

Last month, senior citizen Barbara Gibson was bracing herself for an emotionally challenging time as a widow.  It was roughly a month from the tenth anniversary of her husband Mike’s death.  Although born “Gary Michael Gibson,” everyone else only knew him as “Mike,” the fun 6’ 4” country boy who gave up becoming a city manager to be a trucker.   Besides reminiscences of her family and photo’s, the only other reminder was a monthly Verizon phone bill that she never bothered to change after his death.  And it was an odd reminder because although his voter registration, drivers license, and all other official documents never referred to him as “Michael Gibson,” the Verizon bill was addressed to this name he never used any other time.   

Barbara received her first shock when a filled out, voter registration card from the NAACP arrived in that odd name of “Michael Gibson.”  Barbara has been involved in Greater Houston conservative GOP politics for some time and both she and her husband were not the traditional target market of what Rush Limbaugh called the “National Association of Liberal Colored People.”  Mike himself originally was a Democrat, but was not “colored” except for the sunburned neck Barbara jokingly remembers from when they first met. 

According to interviews with African American neighbors, Gibson is not only not known to be racist in anyway, she has strong connections to everyone in her community.  Said neighborhood friend Craig Plopton,

My wife and I have known Barbara for a very long time.  She is a sweet lady and is my daughter’s adopted Grandmother.

The invasion of the personalized handwritten “sticky” note however, looking like it was written by an individual who actually knew Mike, accelerated her confusion in multiple directions at once.  Would she have to explain his passing to a friend who didn’t know?  Was his identity stolen?  Or worse, would she need to spend hours on the phone bringing back the torment of those weeks following his death having to announce her personal pain to complete strangers over and over again?

Barbara Gibson explained to PolitiJim that following the probate of the will, her property tax bill was automatically changed to her name and she noticed that his name no longer appeared next to hers when she went to vote.  It was difficult, but provided some closure.  Until now.

Mrs. Gibson rationalized it was just an errant mix-up, although highly suspicious.  When she received a phone call from “Warren” at the NAACP days later, she knew it wasn’t a mistake.  Their phone number had been unlisted until a year or two ago, and certainly wasn’t in any public records at the time of Mr. Gibson’s death.

“Is Michael in?” asked “Warren” from the NAACP.  “I was checking to see if you got your voter registration we sent in the mail.”

Gibson was saavy enough not to say anything more than to infer that he wasn’t there at the moment.  But when she asked if a return phone call was necessary, Warren replied:

“No need.  We’ve sent tens of thousands of these out to people.”

“It hit me hard personally,” Barbara Gibson explained.  “It was so close to the anniversary of his death, I felt like someone was dragging him into voter fraud being helpless to defend against it.”

Gibson wants answers and has written a letter to the NAACP for an explanation.

Does Gibson have cause for concern?

The NAACP began an assault on the issue of voting rights of minorities last December, even taking their cause to the United Nations.  Their message was that, although they have to show their ID for everything from campaign events for Obama to any service for the government, people of color are somehow at a disadvantage when it comes to voting.  Even the press at their annual meeting in Houston last weekend needed photo ID.  Despite the overt racist idea that blacks somehow have a harder time of procuring a photo ID over English, Italian, Scottish or Norwegians Americans, the NAACP proceeds to make “voter suppression” the top issue of their 2012 campaign.  This dovetails perfectly with Eric Holder’s Department of Justice which refuses to prosecute members of the New Black Panther party intimidating voters on video, but assault on states who have passed voter ID laws, even to the point of filing lawsuits on Florida who merely wanted to remove dead voters from their voter rolls.

In the NAACP’s recent LDF report they stated:

Instances of in-person voter fraud are extraordinarily rare. In Ohio, for example, a statewide survey of votes cast in 2002 and 2004 found that out of more than 9,000,000 voters, there were four instances of voter fraud. In fact, there are far more reported UFO sightings than reports of impersonation at the polls…

What they didn’t say was that in 2004, the Cleveland, Ohio NAACP sent out 325 voter registrations, 48 of which were fraudulent.  And just last year an NAACP executive was sent to prison on 10 counts of voter fraud.

Ironically, the NAACP was highlighted in the Houston Chronicle just this past Friday this way:

As the 103rd NAACP annual convention begins in Houston this week, leaders say the organization remains focused on its core mission of ensuring all citizens have the right to vote.

Alan Vera of True the Vote commented to PolitiJim that this problem is widespread and a common method for groups like ACORN to flood the system with false registrations and to hijack the names of existing registered voters.

The Pew Center on the States just released a report this year that 1 in 8 voter registrations were inaccurate and that there could be over 1.8 million active registrations of dead voters.  And that’s not the half of it.  Not only are there hundreds of counties in the United States where the number of voter registrations exceed the number of residents, in the most recent Scott Walker recall election in Wisconsin, somehow 119% of the registered voters in Madison were able to vote.  Gulagbound.com documented a string of similar reports of widespread corruption.

Bob Cooley, author of the book on Chicago political corruption “When Corruption Was King,” says that he knows for a fact that the people around Obama used this tactic to get their nominees elected.

“I was instructed to do it myself.  I had a handful of absentee ballots I’d have to drop off at locations where I was told it would be safe to do so.  Even where I live now in the South, I had people at my local supermarket  in SEIU T-shirts handing out voter registration forms in January, ten months before the election.  It doesn’t even matter that ACORN is split up into a dozen other named outfits.  Obama is going to take vote fraud to levels no one can imagine.”

In addition to the ABC News of nearly 1,000 felons voting in the Minnesota Senatorial election that Franken won by 312 votes, over 2,800 dead people also voted.  Franken helped the Democrats procure 60 votes to pass the Affordable Care Act that is now estimated to cost over $200 Billion per year.

The Houston Chronicle article quotes an NAACP board member reiterating that they are a non-partisan organization but many Black Republicans think it is obvious that they are “in the tank” for Obama and any liberal Democrat.  Writing on a Washington Times blog, African American Stacy Swimp noted that every member of the NAACP’s annual report card gave every Republican a score of “F.”

“The GOP is in a no-win situation with the NAACP because they’ve essentially become an extension of the Democratic Party,” said Ron Miller, associate dean and assistant professor of government at Liberty University, and author of SELLOUT: Musing from Uncle Tom's Porch.

“Even House Speaker John Boehner’s leadership in reviving the D.C. Opportunity Scholarship Program, which has strong support and proven success in D.C.’s Black community, would get him an ‘F’ because their Democratic Party benefactors, specifically the teachers’ unions and the education bureaucracy, oppose parental choice in education.”

Conservative commentators have wondered why, with the African American unemployment plummeting to 14.4%, the NAACP isn’t advocating policies that have helped minorities in years past.  There were even members of the Congressional Black Caucus that began to raise their concerns as late as last year.  It is a long way from the historical view of the NAACP, which was started by Republicans, and reflected their appreciation similar to African American US Rep. Joseph Rainey of South Carolina in 1875:

"We intend to continue to vote so long as the government gives us the right and necessary protection; and I know that right accorded to us now will never be withheld in the future if left to the Republican Party."

And what about the NAACP/Eric Holder charge of massive voter suppression by advent of tighter regulations on voter registration and ID voting?

Holder was greeted with great enthusiasm at the NAACP last weekend saying this:

“In our efforts to protect voting rights and to prevent voting fraud, we will be vigilant and strong. But let me be clear, let me be very, very clear: We will not allow political pretexts to disenfranchise American citizens of their most precious right”

Many have noted that all voters - even African Americans for Obama - are “disenfranchised” when the integrity of an election can not be trusted. 

Hans von Spakovsky, Senior Legal Fellow at the Civil Justice Reform Initiative Center for Legal and Judicial Studies, has studied the impact of Georgia’s tougher voter ID laws on minorities.  At the True the Vote National Summit, von Sapkovsky shared that not only did minority participation increase after the implementation of voter ID, the state only experienced 26,000 “votes” without ID over six years.  That calculates as 0.002 of all votes cast. And Georgia offers an free ID upon request to boot.  That correlates very closely to what happened in Tennessee where 0.023 percent of voters refused to return with ID after being given a provisional ballot.

Detractors object by saying the Heritage study used bad numbers by showing minority population growth in general instead of minorities of voting age.  And they complain that 2008 was an aberration because of the prospect of the first black President.  To election integrity observers, this actually proves that more minorities would show up if motivated.  Does the suppression of “white” voters in 2008 means that Voter ID disenfranchises them?

In the analyses viewed by PolitiJim, these critics conveniently ignored the continued increase of minority voters in 2010, and never mentioned that the ACLU couldn’t find a single person in the state who couldn’t vote.  They also hesitated to mention that the University of Nebraska and Delaware found identical results.  The blog Sweetness and Light parses every position of the NAACP in their LDF report showing the absurdity of the NAACP’s logic on their other positions of “suppression” as well.

And to those still think voter fraud is “rare,” this list is only a partial one of up to the minute tracking of voter fraud incidents.

Theories on the NAACP Voter Initiative

After calming down from the shock, Barbara Gibson got serious about finding out why she and her husband were targeted.  First, she verified that the only use of “Michael Gibson” she had was from Verizon.  She even double checked the public obituary.  But it became worrisome that somehow they had obtained her phone number, and that it had been unlisted for nearly 7 years after her husband’s death. Even an extensive “People Web Search” using just the name “Michael Gibson” yielded nothing that would provide an address, much less a phone number.  How did the NAACP get that address and that phone number? 

It was pointed out to her that the neighborhood in which she lived, had a dramatically increasing minority population.   A friend from the True the Vote noted that they found multiple registrations in variations of the same name such as George Bush, George W. Bush, G.W. Bush, etc.  In Wisconsin almost half of the signed petitions to recall Scott Walker, were duplicates or illegitimate attempts to sway the recall.  With the NAACP admitting they sent out “tens of thousands” of voter registration cards, and using high level telemarketing techniques to follow up on mailed ballots, Is the NAACP target marketing minority neighborhoods with intentionally fraudulent voter registrations?

Gibson heard an interview this week with Cheryl Johnson, Galveston County Tax Assessor on KSEV 700 AM, describing a nearly identical registration form with the fake handwritten yellow sticky note, but from a renamed ACORN group.  Are all Obama supporting groups coordinating massive registration fraud?

Is this systemic fraud?

Just about every form of vote fraud was documented in Charlie Rangel’s recent primary victory. What shocked observers was the effort wasn’t even concealed in most instances.  It was uncharacteristically brazen. Even for New York.  Accuracy In Media has uncovered an entire corrupt “system” that seems to be escalating as Bob Cooley suggests.  Barack Obama himself registered 150,000 voters in Illinois with Project Vote in 1992.  In 2008, the Obama campaign tried to hide $800,000 to a supposedly defunct ACORN entity precisely to continue the corrupt ACORN activities.  This blog has covered the documentary on the Obama campaigns documented voter and fund raising fraud against Hillary Clinton’s campaign in 2008.   In 2010, True the Vote uncovering massive fraudulent registrations for existing voters among many other things by a Soros founded affiliation of SEIU and ACORN.  The Harris County registrar confirmed that only 7,193 of 25,640 registrations were likely new voters.  The entire story is much more sinister – but shows a continued coordinated effort between the Obama campaign and special interest groups who are consistently being found guilty of blatant fraud.

For this reason True the Vote is attempting to recruit one million volunteers to ensure the integrity of elections in November, something everyone from the New Black Panther party to SEIU has already promised they would do.  True the Vote representative Alan Vera has consistently stated that they need poll watchers, computer operators, telephone volunteers and that there is something to do for nearly everyone who believes that America should be the example to the world of voter integrity.

By coming forward to ask for help in determining how this happened, Barbara Gibson has become one of those 1 million.

Brenda Charlston holds a photo of her long-deceased dog, Rosie, and a voter registration form for “Rosie Charlston” that arrived in the mail for the canine last month in Seattle. Rosie was a black lab who died in 1998. A left-leaning group called the Voter Participation Center has touted the distribution of some 5 million registration forms in recent weeks, targeting Democratic voting blocs such as unmarried women, blacks, Latinos and young adults. But residents and election administrators around the country have also reported a series of bizarre and questionable mailings addressed to animals, dead people and people already registered to vote. The liberal group Voter Participation Center sent out 5,000,000 voter registration forms – many to dogs and dead people. The groups says it has registered more than 350,000 since last September 2011.  (Full Story here.)

BEDFORD COUNTY, VA -- When Tim Morris got his mail last week he found a pretty big surprise, a document asking his dog Mozart to register to vote.   Not only is Mozart a dog but he's been dead for two years.

"I opened it up and looked at it and I just laughed," Morris said. "I thought it was a joke at first and it turns out it's real."

The form is addressed to Mo, the family's nickname for the dog.

What amazed Morris is that if Mozart was human he would have been eligible to vote for the first time in 2012.

"He would have been 19 years old this year and he passed away two years ago," he said. "I still have no earthly idea how they got his information."

10 On Your Side looked deeper and found that the voter registration forms were sent by the non-profit Voter Participation Center, not the State Board of Elections.

It’s One Battle: STEP UP!

I majored in political science and minored in military science. I’ve served this country as an Army Airborne Ranger in special operations.
In modern history there has never been a war settled by a single battle. In modern history there has never been a military force that won each and every single battle. In our own Revolutionary War the Patriot Heroes suffered nothing but defeat for the first year. Yet they won our freedom through perseverance and determination.
Yesterday we lost a battle. It stings because we were betrayed by someone in whom we previously had confidence. It stings because the enemy is gloating over their “victory.” BUT IT IS ONLY ONE BATTLE.
We bear the blame for allowing the Communists 40 years to infiltrate our government, our media, our schools and our courts. We have given them an enormous short-term advantage. And we’ve lately paid the price for our passivity.

1. We know Congress is corrupt and spineless.
2. We know the White House is filled with Chicago Communists.
3. Now we know the Supreme Court will NOT protect the Constitution.

With all three branches of government now out of touch with the constitution, it’s time for all of us to realize that the burden of preserving the republic rests directly on our shoulders.

Yesterday’s setback is not the end of the conflict. It doesn’t matter how many times we’re hit and stumble. All that matters is who is left standing at the end.  NOBODY ELSE is going to do it for us. It’s time to STEP UP.

God, and every Patriot gone before, stands with us in this fight. We are not alone.  So now we must make a decision. Do we stay behind our computers complaining? Or do we stride confidently into the fray to make a difference?

When Paul Revere rode through the Massachusetts countryside warning of the approaching British soldiers, the Minutemen of the day did not rush to their quill pens and blog about the injustices of King George III. They took IMMEDIATE and EFFECTIVE ACTION, individually and collectively. And they changed the course of history.

Will you be a “commentator” or will you be a modern day Minuteman? Will you watch and complain or will you put on the Armor of God and FIGHT?

Elections are the primary constitutional vehicle through which WE the People drive the direction of government at every level. But elections DO NOT belong to the government, local, state or federal. Elections DO NOT belong to the parties, red or blue and both hopelessly corrupt. Elections DO NOT belong to the unions, however well- funded these Neanderthals may be.

November may well be our last chance to take back our republic peacefully. Don’t miss this chance. After that the cost will be exponentially higher.  Elections belong to the American People. It’s TIME TO TAKE THEM BACK. This November may well be our last chance to restore the constitutional republic peacefully. DON’T BLOW THIS CHANCE.

They’re already trying to steal this election through every means possible. DON’T LET THEM. STAND UP. STEP UP. TAKE BACK WHAT’S RIGHTFULLY YOURS BY THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY. HOOAH!

Breitbart Will Not Have an Obama Bombshell

I have just spent two days at the True the Vote National Summit featuring James O’Keefe, Anita MonCrief, Christian Abrams, Pat Caddell, John Fund and many others.  I wanted to rush two newsworthy items out before a much more thoughtful and comprehensive post tomorrow on the conference.

The final speaker was the Executive Chairman of Breitbart.com and Sarah Palin THE UNDEFEATED Producer Steve Bannon who broke a bombshell by saying:

Breitbart will not have a magic video that will change the election.  It is going to be done at the grassroots level by ground troops (like True the Vote.)

Many have noted that Andrew Breitbart seemed to indicate at CPAC 2012 something much more profound and injurious to the Obama campaign when he said:

I’ve got videos by the way.  This election we are going to vet him from his college days to show you (wild applause) why racial division and class warfare are central to what Hope and Change were sold in 2008.   The videos are going to come out, the narrative is going to come out, that Barack Obama met a bunch of silver ponytails back in the 1980’s like Bill and Bernandine Dorn - equally radical  - who said (emphasis mine) someday we are going to have the Presidency while the rest of us slept and they plotted, and they plotted and they oversaw hundreds of millions of dollars with the Annenberg Challenge.  They had real money. 

Many have noted that the video of Obama hugging “Critical Race Theory” evangelist Derrick Bell fell far short of what most of us assumed was a video of radicals saying that they would own the Presidency.  Is it possible that the master of conservative bombshell media including Pigford, O’Keefe ACORN videos, and Anthony Weiner truly overestimated the impact of Obama hugging a radical even more obscure than his own Chicago pastor which occurred WHILE he was actually a Senator?  I suppose anything is possible.  It is a sobering thought to realize neither legislators or conservative media are going to touch the TRULY damaging evidence of Obama’s eligibility and rest their arguments on obscure relationships that go back double the length of time since Romney was an gay marriage by executive order, extreme socialized medicine and Cap and Trade imposing Governor.

As has been pointed out many times on this blog, Ben Shapiro not only said Breitbart wasn’t going to touch Sheriff Joe Arapaio’s six month investigative findings, he further said that he didn’t believe Obama did anything so radical as forging documents.   He claimed his own staff told him there was “nothing to it.”

To me it isn’t only Andrew Breitbart, the founder of Breitbart.com, that is dead.

But Bannon did nail many other narratives including the declaration that September 18, 2008 – the day that George Bush decided to give the Federal Reserve the power to severely indebt the country and dilute our currency without consent of “we the people” – will go down in history as one of the darkest turning points of our country.  Since it was that event that singularly reversed the lead and double digit momentum McCain/Palin and sealed Obama’s victory and the associated tyranny.

As a former Goldman Sachs VP and investment banker he gets it.  You don’t have to severely weaken America by passing laws if you make one US dollar worth fifty cents.  Your income stays the same but your food, gas and expenses soar.  Your house value plummets and many are forced to depend on the government MORE.  If it was a tax, it would be the equivalent of tripling taxes on nearly every American overnight.

Bannon emphasized the abdication of patriotic Americans who participated in creating a culture where a war hero like John McCain would rather cower from the fear of race riots rather than uphold the rule of law and challenge the rampant Obama voter fraud uncovered by his campaign.  Can I most respected war heroes really go from the selfless acts of Audie Murphy to the cowardice of the Eddie Murphy character Bowfinger?

True the Vote has been saying this for sometime, but Bannon reiterated that “WISCONSIN IS EVERYTHING.”  He made an astute comparison of the Scott Walker battle to the November elections as Bleeding Kansas was to the civil war.

If you don’t think Obama, the liberal and Marxist forces, George Soros and every union in America doesn’t know this – you had better slap yourself and a neighbor and wake the hell up.  To paraphrase the old New York, New York song, “if they can steal it there, they’ll steal it anywhere.”

I can’t imagine Andrew Breitbart ever conceding that they weren’t gong to attempt to impact the elections through investigative media.  But in a strange way, that is EXACTLY what is needed for our American Idol/Dancing With the Stars culture of ennui to be shaken.  Someone else isn’t going to save you or your children’s future.  If you want to stop this election, YOU will have to get involved personally.  Bannon and Breitbart aren’t going to bail us out.

Bannon said that David Axelrod and the Obama axis of evil know precisely what election professionals like Fund and Adams do.

The election will come down to just
one hundred counties in eight states.

If you thought what Romney did to Gingrich was overwhelming by inundating Iowa and Florida voters with lying ads 22 to 1, just wait until you see the NEXT wave of liberal fury.

A combination of untold media resources (paid and MSM free) WITH an ACORN orchestrated deluge of last minute fake ballots where the Soros paid Secretary of State in those states controls the outcome of election even more than Kathleen Harris did in Florida in 2000.  How else do you think Al Franken went from being an obvious loser the day before to being the vote ensuring ObamaCare?  As we’ve noted, Hillary Clinton may have actually WON the Democratic primary although it was never covered by the media.

Former Department of Justice whistleblower Christian Adams covered just how dire the American electoral system is and just what we are up against prior to Bannon’s speech.  He said conservatives and patriots needed to wake up to the fact that we are up against LIARS and DESTROYERS who will not be overcome with a good argument or even money.  It has to be won with prosecutorial EVIDENCE of their fraud machines, local accountability and volunteers.

That bad news is that we are outnumbered and out gunned and severely underfunded compared to America’s enemies that have a 20 year head start on us.

The good news is that groups like True the Vote are actually WINNING against great odds.  We’ve gotten Voter ID laws passed or proposed in many states.  in 2010 we turned out MORE poll watchers in Harris County (Houston) Texas than the Department of Justice had for the entire nation with millions of dollars.  And we’ve actually stopped tens of thousands of opportunities for fraud in Texas and Wisconsin even with the first few brave souls that has stepped up to help in any way they could.  It is truly the beginning of a REAL democratic force in the spirit of Solidarity.

It’s not just that the loss of this election means an enormous rise in taxes for all Americans.  It’s not just that the loss of this election means a near certain double recession.  It's not just that the loss of this election means a socialist tyrant will have even MORE power to give away the defense secrets and wealth of this country to foreign governments while taking MORE freedoms us.

It’s that the loss of this election means a near impossible task to use the legitimate powers of not only the Federal Department of Justice, but a host of state and local governments that will simply refuse to prosecute their own their evil fraudsters and further strengthen the control to do whatever they want.  That results not just in the loss of your favorite party or representative, but the loss of control of your schools, property taxes and possibly even justice by your local sheriff.  Certainly it is the loss of free and fair elections for many years to come.

3 Million Registered to Vote in Multiple States

I would first like to thank all of you who registered and helped proof the signatures on the Scott Walker Recall Petition project (Verify the Vote) which has been an absolutely amazing modern day digital minutemen movement.  I can tell you there were not ANYWHERE NEAR the 1.2 million signatures they said they had – but don’t know specifics yet.

Ever wonder how Rahm Emanuel won Mayor of Chicago even though the courts initially decided against him, and polls going into the election showed him losing?  They stole the vote.  And Obama is planning to do it on a NATIONWIDE scale.

The election is months away, but this scenario could definitely happen, and here's a big reason why: “Nearly 2 million dead Americans are still on active voter registries, and 1 in every 8 registrations in the United States is invalid or has major inaccuracies, according to a new study” by the Pew Center on the States (TheHill.com, Josh Lederman, 2-14-12). Liberal extremist groups like the George Soros financed MoveOn and ACORN are going to try and steal this election again with a massive voter registration and resulting fraud.

Seventy percent (70%) of Likely U.S. Voters believe voters should be required to show photo identification such as a driver’s license before being allowed to cast their ballot. A Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 22% oppose this kind of requirement.

Additionally, the Pew report stated last week that almost 3 million Americans are actively registered to vote in multiple states, while about 12 million have old or error-ridden addresses listed on their registrations, including empty lots and the like. But we can't stop there and we need to do more to STOP the"Chicago-politics" machine from stealing the election at ANY cost.
The bad news is that United States Attorney General Eric Holder has used the Voting Rights Act to block one of the best GOP voter integrity laws in South Carolina. But the election won't be decided in South Carolina–and to continue the Soros-socialist agenda at ALL costs, Holder will keep going.

With the election approaching, we don't have much time to fight to preserve our most precious freedom - the sanctity of our votes and ballot integrity. So we're aiming to raise at least $100,000 this week to continue our grassroots campaign for voting rights. Can you chip in $10?

Last August, three voters in Wake County, North Carolina, were charged with voting twice in the 2008 presidential election, apparently for President Barack Obama. In April, a member of the executive committee of the NAACP in Tunica County, Mississippi, was convicted on 10 counts of fraudulently casting absentee ballots and sentenced to five years in prison. She voted in the names of six other voters, as well as in the names of four dead voters. There are pending indictments of city council members and an ongoing grand jury investigation of ballot fraud in Troy, New York, over a 2009 primary involving the Working Families Party (Heritage.org - Without Proof: The Unpersuasive Case Against Voter Identification, Hans von Spakovsky & Alex Ingram, 8-24-11).

Here's our plan: First, we'll team up with the leading citizen groups in each state–great organizations like the 9-12 Patriots.

Then, True the Vote will organize events to empower these despicable attacks on voting integrity and ballot security, while also being a vanguard against voter fraud at every level. Voting is one of the most sacred rights in our democracy. But unethical groups know that if they can inflate even 1-2% of turnout among these key voting blocs, it'll be enough to tip the scales in race after race.

These laws are there to protect ALL taxpaying Americans their voting rights. What’s more, as Mike Brownfield of the Heritage Foundation noted on 12-21-11; “... surveys of registered voters show that requiring a photo ID to vote would not be a serious problem. An American University survey in Maryland, Indiana, and Mississippi found that less than one-half of 1 percent of registered voters lacked a government-issued ID, and a 2006 survey of more than 36,000 voters found that only '23 people in the entire sample–less than one-tenth of one percent of reported voters' were unable to vote because of an ID requirement.”

The 2012 election is coming up fast, so we don't have much time.

Stealing The Lib Playbook on Voter Fraud

Dozen States in Potential Violation of National Voter Registration Act: Voting Rolls Have More Registered Voters than Voting-Age Population

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch, the organization that investigates and fights government corruption, announced the launch of its 2012 Election Integrity Project to pressure states and localities, through Judicial Watch lawsuits if necessary, to clean up voter registration rolls pursuant to Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA). A Judicial Watch investigation based upon publicly available data indicates voter rolls in the following states appear to contain the names of individuals who are ineligible to vote: Mississippi, Iowa, Indiana, Missouri, Texas, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Florida, Alabama, California, and Colorado. The Election Integrity Project will be conducted in partnership with True the Vote and the Election Law Center.

Judicial Watch sent its initial warning letters on February 7, 2012, to election officials in Indiana and Ohio, as well as letters of inquiry toFlorida and California officials, investigating problematic voting lists in those states. Additional letters are forthcoming.

According to Judicial Watch’s investigation, there appear to be more individuals on voter registration lists in these states than there are individuals eligible to vote, including individuals who are deceased. Judicial Watch’s initial warning letters notified election officials in Ohio and Indiana that they are required by law to “maintain accurate lists of eligible voters for use in conducting elections,” and that Judicial Watch is prepared to take legal action if election officials fail to clean up their voter rolls:

Allowing the names of ineligible voters to remain on the voting rolls harms the integrity of the electoral process and undermines voter confidence in the legitimacy of elections… As the top election officials… it is your responsibility under federal law to conduct a program that reasonably ensures that the lists of eligible voters are accurate…

We hope our concerns can be resolved amicably. However, with the November 2012 election on the horizon and in light of the importance of Section 8 of the NVRA to ensuring the integrity and legitimacy of the electoral process, we must emphasize the importance of timeliness. Accordingly, if we believe you do not intend to correct the above-identified problems, a lawsuit seeking declaratory and injunctive relief may be necessary.

As Judicial Watch makes clear in its letters, under Section 8 of the NVRA, states must make a “reasonable effort” to clean up registration rolls. Section 8 also requires states to make available for public inspection “all records concerning the implementation of programs and activities conducted for the purpose of ensuring the accuracy and currency of official lists of eligible voters.”

Election fraud was a significant concern during the 2008 and 2010 election seasons, with ACORN/Project Vote being linked to massive voter registration fraud. A total of 70 ACORN employees in 12 states have been convicted of voter registration fraud. As documented in a July 2009 report by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, of the 1.3 million registrations Project Vote/ACORN submitted in the 2008 election cycle, more than one-third were invalid.

Judicial Watch has uncovered documents showing that, rather than taking action to enforce Section 8 of the NVRA, the Obama Department of Justice (DOJ) is now working with ACORN-front Project Vote, Barack Obama’s former employer, to push for strict enforcement of Section 7 of the NVRA relating to welfare office voter registration obligations. The purpose of this campaign is evidently to use voter registration laws to register greater numbers of low-income voters, widely considered to be an important voting demographic for the Obama presidential campaign.

Policy changes prompted by stricter enforcement of Section 7 have resulted in increased incidents of voter registration errors. For example, a separate Judicial Watch investigation found that the percentage of invalid voter registration forms from Colorado public assistance agencies was four times the national average after Project Vote successfully forced the state to implement new policies for increasing the registration of public assistance recipients during the 2008 and 2010 election seasons.

Judicial Watch notes in its letters that while Attorney General Eric Holder appears intent on enforcing Section 7 of the NVRA, which will yield an increased risk of voter fraud, he apparently has no interest in enforcing Section 8 to ensure clean elections: “While you may be aware that U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder has prioritized enforcement of Section 7 of the NVRA, which seeks to expand opportunities to register to vote, the Attorney General has not demonstrated any similar interest in prioritizing enforcement of the list maintenance provisions of Section 8 of the NVRA. Nonetheless, Section 8 is an important counterpart to Section 7. The two provisions represent a carefully crafted compromise by the U.S. Congress to increase both voter registration and the integrity of voter rolls.”

“President Obama and the Holder Justice Department evidently have no interest in clean elections this year, so this responsibility has now fallen to Judicial Watch. And given the rampant election fraud that occurred during the last two election cycles, this is a matter of the highest priority as we head into the 2012 election season. It is simply impossible to have any faith in the integrity of an election where dead people remain on the voting rolls. This is a recipe for voter fraud and stolen elections,” stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

Good Afternoon.

It is an absolute honor to be here among my fellow Patriots and especially among my fellow veterans.  HOOAH!

And as just one of thousands of citizen volunteers it’s a privilege to represent True the Vote at this important event.

I’d like to start by asking a question:

Are American Patriots really awake,
or are they just talking in their sleep?

Blogging, attending rallies and calling talk radio are very useful forms of free expression—sometimes inspirational. But expression by itself won’t be enough to take our republic back to its constitutional roots. To have a real impact these wonderful, new forms of expression must inspire Patriots to ACTION. When Paul Revere rode through the countryside near Lexington and Concord warning of the approaching British soldiers, the Minutemen did not dash to their quill pens & parchment and begin blogging about the injustices of King George.
These were just average, ordinary citizens, subjects of the Crown. Yet they took IMMEDIATE ACTION, individually and collectively. And the course of history was changed forever.

Are American Patriots really awake, or are they just talking in their sleep? How many are really ready to take ACTION to preserve the republic?

There are some in this country who laugh and look down their noses at events like this—events at which tax paying citizens meet to express their wishes and preferences. And these same people have no respect for our entire election process. They cynically agree with Joseph Stalin who said, “It doesn’t matter who turns out to vote. What matters is who counts the vote.”

Because of people like these, the integrity of our election process, the principle of one person/one vote, is under attack as at no other time in our history. There is evil afoot. There is a concerted effort underway to thwart the true will of the electorate and to rig election results to further a political or personal agenda.

You’ve no doubt become increasingly aware of reported and sometimes prosecuted cases of election fraud. I can tell you without doubt that this year will see the greatest attack EVER on election integrity. And we at True the Vote KNOW exactly what the tactics will be.

1. They will flood and try to overwhelm county voter registrars with fraudulent voter registrations.
2. They will manipulate mailed ballots and absentee ballots to both inflate votes for their side and to deny voting rights to legitimate voters like you. Any one of you could show up to vote next November only to be told that your county records show that you’ve already voted by mail and you will not be allowed to vote on election day, except perhaps provisionally.
3. They will follow Joseph Stalin’s lead by attempting to hack into electronic voting systems to alter or control the counting of ballots.
4. And they will again assault polling places with millions of paid agents who will attempt to vote as many times as they can in as many different precincts/wards/counties as they can reach on election day.
5. To quote David Horowitz, “They will tell any lie and break any law to further their agenda.”

Those who would deliberately undermine the integrity of our election process are evil, are the Agents of evil Powers and Principalities. And those in high office (elected or appointed) who willingly subvert the integrity of our elections under the pretense of protecting imaginary special interest groups are not only evil…THEY ARE DOMESTIC ENEMIES of our Constitution.

Forty-two years ago this coming May I stood in the uniform of a freshly commissioned U.S. Army 2nd Lieutenant and swore “to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic, so help me God.” All the veterans here today took that oath. Many of us have already confronted the foreign enemies of this republic. It’s clearly time for us to finally step up and confront the DOMESTIC enemies of our Constitution.

That’s why I spend every waking minute that I’m not at my paying job working as a volunteer for True the Vote.

True the Vote has developed, tested, refined and continues to perfect tools, processes and methods to defeat each and every one of the election fraud tactics I mentioned a few moments ago.

We have created a powerful software program to help identify fraudulent voter registrations and to correct the problems before the elections.

This past summer before the State Senate recall elections in Wisconsin True the Vote identified 31,000 dead people still on the voting rolls in that state, and (working with our Cheese Head Patriot allies) we had those names removed BEFORE the elections.

In 2010 our investigation of suspicious voter registrations here in Harris County led to the shut down of a shadowy voter registration organization called “Houston Votes” run by a former official of S.E.I.U.  And 36 hours later a “mysterious” fire destroyed all the voting machines for Harris County. Pure coincidence I’m sure.
We can stop fraudulent voter registrations but we need more Patriots to carry on that work in every county in every state.

We have processes and methods to deal with fraudulent mailed ballots, but we need more Patriots to carry on that work in every county in every state.
We have a growing team of IT experts to detect and stop election computer hacking, but we need more Patriot IT volunteers in every county in every state.

And we have severely crippled voting fraud at the polls in every precinct/ward to which we’ve sent trained poll watchers/observers to ensure compliance with state election code. But we need more Patriots to carry on that work in every county in every state.

It’s been my privilege to be part of True the Vote from the beginning. And I’ve been involved in every element of this comprehensive citizen effort. But for 2012 they’ve narrowed my responsibilities a bit. My only mission for 2012 is to recruit and train 1 million poll watchers to help ensure election integrity at every polling place across the country. As a former Army Airborne Ranger, this is the effort closest to my heart. HOOAH!

Why? Think about it. Do the MATH. Add up all the precincts/wards in all the counties in all the states…multiply that times the number of election officials and poll workers at each location…multiply that times the number of voters coming to each voting location ….mathematically the polling place is still the venue with the greatest potential for election fraud.

And there’s only one way to stop voting fraud at this grassroots level.

On every election morning from here on, all across this great country, Patriot men and women will have to wake up in the wee hours—long before the roosters even think about crowing. They will put on the Armor of God’s protection. They will strap on the shield of excellent training, discipline and preparation. They will firmly grasp the sword of truth & election law. They will leave their familiar homes and neighborhoods and deploy to polling places in locations where they ARE NOT WELCOMED.

They will stand face to face with evil and ignorance. And they will secure election integrity with the full Authority of the One True God whose Holy Spirit inspired and guided our Founding Fathers. Like most wars through history, the war to restore election integrity must be won on the ground. It is a ground war. Polling place by polling place. County by county. State by State.

We need each of you to be part of True the Vote. We also need each of you to persuade every one of your Patriot friends to be part of True the Vote. In 2012 we need a Patriot Army that will stand shoulder to shoulder on the wall of FREEDOM and shout defiantly to the Powers and Principalities of evil, “If you plan to steal this election, you’ll have to get past us. We will NOT yield another inch to your demonic deceptions. There will be no backing down. There will be no more compromise. IF YOU WILL NOT ENFORCE OUR LAWS, WE WILL DO IT OURSELVES. SO HELP US GOD!”

WE CAN DO THIS. BUT WE CAN ONLY DO IT TOGETHER. We can only do it if we TAKE ACTION together NOW.

I assure you I am NOT Paul Revere. But I am sounding an alarm. MASSIVE ELECTION FRAUD IS COMING. MASSIVE ELECTION FRAUD IS COMING. And it’s coming to YOUR county and on a national scale.

I won’t yell “To arms. To arms.” But I will urge you to “True the Vote. True the Vote.” Are American Patriots really awake, or are they just talking in their sleep? How many are really ready to take ACTION to preserve the republic?
Edmund Burke said,” Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did NOTHJING because he could only do a little.” Don’t underestimate the importance and impact of your time and talent.

Let me close with a few related thoughts for your consideration.

This is a time of challenge.  This is a time of trial.  BUT THIS IS NOT A TIME FOR FEAR.
For we are the fiery sword of God’s truth.
We are the razor sharp point of His unbreakable spear.
Even now archangels are gathering around those of us called to carry the fight to the human agents of dark powers and principalities.
Even now, Cherubim and Seraphim are gathering around those of us who will actually carry the day through constant prayer and praise. Prayer warriors.
The time draws near. The enemy’s main force nears the gate.
His agents are already inside our walls.
Choose NOW to make one or both of these 2 commitments: either 1. go to your knees in constant prayer and praise; or 2. strap on your armor for the fight ahead.

Winston Churchill once said this: "There comes a special moment in everyone's life, a moment for which that person was born. That special opportunity, when he seizes it, will fulfill his mission — a mission for which he is uniquely qualified. In that moment, he finds greatness. It is his finest hour."

Each of you has been hand picked by God to be alive in this country at this critical point in our history. Each of you has been chosen for a mission…a mission critical to the futures of your children and grandchildren. Though it may seem that this is a time of turmoil, trouble and danger, as Mr. Churchill said, THIS COULD VERY WELL BE YOUR FINEST HOUR. THIS IS THE MOMENT FOR WHICH YOU WERE BORN.

My friends, elections are the primary constitutional channel through which WE THE PEOPLE influence the direction of local, state and federal government. But elections do not belong to the government, at any level. Elections do not belong to the political parties, blue or red. Elections do not belong to the unions, however well funded they may be. Elections belong to the American People. We can’t take back our country, if we don’t take back our elections. It’s time for you and I to take ACTION. It’s time for you and I to take our elections back.

I won’t ask you to stand and take an oath as I did years ago. But right now in your hearts please resolve the following. “I will DO something NOW to protect the integrity of our elections. I will DO something NOW to help True the Vote. And like the Minutemen of old I will IMMEDIATELY take any and all appropriate & necessary ACTION to preserve this great republic. So help me God.”

My last words to you today are also the last known words spoken on 9/11/01 by an “ordinary citizen,” just an average guy like all of you, who took ACTION in a moment of crisis and became a Modern Day Minuteman…..

Texas Tea Party Under Attack

The Texas Democratic Party begins their September letter this way:

The Texas Democratic Party is fighting a three-pronged GOP attack trampling on your voting rights. As you read this, Texas Republicans are trying to: (1) suppress turnout by implementing an unnecessary voter ID law to prevent legitimate voters from participating; (2) make voting irrelevant by illegally gerrymandering districts to pre-determine outcomes; (3) prevent targeted groups from voting by supporting the right-wing extremist groups who manipulate campaign finance laws to fund their voter intimidation programs. 

True the Vote was instrumental in making sure that people who voted in Texas were, in fact, the person they said they were, and were legally registered to vote.  THE HORROR!

They are also worried about the GOP finally having the political will to redraw districts to reflect their power in the state.  Take a look at the map to the left.  Guess who's district that is?  You got it, Ms. "I can see the American Flag on Mars" Shelia Jackson Lee.  I love the way the district is physically not even one unit and trickles down the east side of Houston dripping toward the Gulf.  God forbid the GOP does anything like what they've been doing the past 20 years.  When Joe Strauss was "outed" by Texas conservatives prior to the legislative session as a facilitator of Democratic "good ole boy" backroom dealing, most in the GOP gave up any chance of REAL redistricting happening this session anyway.  But even were they to have a shot at it, it certainly wouldn't be "illegal" unless the Democratic party would like to admit their previous district drawing was dishonest.  (I'm not holding my breath.)

And finally they describe the Tea Party effort to "prevent targeted groups from voting."  If by "target groups" they mean illegal aliens, convicted felons, unregistered and "dead" voters - this would be the first truth printed on their stationary in decades.  Unfortunately they count the mere presence of a properly registered poll watcher, "intimidation."  Would you like to see a picture of one of these intimidating GOP, Tea Party offenders?  Something akin to this lady. Terrifying right?  Now this isn't the actually lady - I'm not going to worry her about SEIU Union goons trying to show up at her door.  But she is about 5' 5" tall, maybe 100 lbs, 70 years old and needs some assistance in walking up stairs. 


I know because I had the great honor of attending "The Response" prayer rally in Houston with a lady just like this who volunteered at TRUE THE VOTE as a poll watchers from the last election who worked at a voting location in Sheila Jackson Lee's districts.  In fact, the voting location was actually IN THE BUILDING OF THE LEE'S OFFICES.  You heard that right.  In Texas, Republican and Democratic voting is actually separate, but in the case they shared the same cafeteria.   And up until she showed up, NO GOP poll watcher had EVER been at that polling location to see what was going on.  Ever.


Two stories.  First was when a minority lady walked in and told the poll clerks that for the first time she was thinking of voting Republican.  Democratic party officials quickly stepped in and told her she didn't want to do that, escorting her to the Democratic side of the voting area - a clear violation of Texas voting law.  It was written up and reported for investigation by the State's Attorney General.


At the same location, a Hispanic lady showed up and was told by a poll clerk that Republicans didn't have a primary vote, she could only vote Democrat.  Fortunately, a Tea Party poll judge was on hand to correct the poll clerk and the lady was able to vote.


Now what is NOT reported, and very gratifying to me, was that the poll WORKERS themselves were actually happy to learn the law from the True the Vote trained judges and workers and implement it.  Deep in the back of my mind, I wasn't sure how deep the corruption was.  But it is the Democratic party rulers who INTENTIONALLY keep their members misinformed to do their evil.  It is good to know that there are rank and file people in the Democrat party who truly want honesty and integrity.


The Democratic party letter (pdf here) goes on to say this:

And just for extra insurance, Republican activists formed a shadowy "non-partisan" organization closely aligned with the Republican Party called the "King Street Patriots." In 2010, they implemented their "True the Vote" program in Harris County. 

There the organization's poll watchers, predominantly white people at polling locations in minority neighborhoods, harassed and intimidated voters. Numerous complaints were filed, prompting the County Attorney's office to step in and the Department of Justice to send federal inspectors to monitor the election. The Texas Democratic Party filed suit against the King Street Patriots for operating as an illegal political action committee and violating their nonprofit tax-status. They have publicly stated their intention to take their program nation-wide in 2012.

Of course what they neglect to say is that all of those charges were thrown out, but the True the Vote trained watchers and judges got many partisan poll judges thrown out and a myriad of charges are pending on REAL fraud that occurred. 


They have indeed gone "national." Thousands of people watch the King Street Patriots weekly Tea Party meetings online (7 pm CST Mondays) while True the Vote is training organizations in other states to eliminate the voting fraud WHEREVER it may be and enforce voting laws.


The Soros funded initiative to "own" the Secretary of State in each state helped subvert justice in the Al Franken vote and others - and the liberal groups are pouring money into stealing elections any way they can. The Texas Democractic party makes it clear in this paragraph in subtext that they will continue to misuse the legal system to attack groups like True the Vote.

Your Texas Democratic Party stands armed and ready with the law on our side. But we also need the resources to continue to fight against the constant assault on voting rights.

DON'T LET THEM.


Donate to these organizations.  Make sure your state, county and/or district have a voting program set up to eliminate the fraud and abuse that has stained the voting system for years.  When the light comes on - the cockroaches scatter.  Please help to turn on the light.
