Political Altruism And The
Moral relativism usually includes three claims: First, the concept that morality is changeable; second that morality is subjective; and third, individual.
Moral Relativists claim that it is relative first to changing times; and that you cannot turn back the clock. Secondly, Moral relativist equivocate that what we subjectively think or feel is neither good or bad, but thinking makes it so. And in a celebration of Nihilism for individuals; different strokes for different folks. Anything goes. No harm no foul.
Moral absolutism claims that there are moral principles that are unchangeable, objective, and universal.

This nation was not founded on the premises of Moral Relativism. It was founded by just men who sincerely believed in unchangeable moral principles and that those principles were universal and absolute.
Our nation has lost its Moral Compass. The left is doing their very best to convince you and I that morals are not important. The Progressives and socialist and envirofacist on the left are busy nudging you and I out of our freedoms. They decry rugged individualism and a society glued together by the moral absolutes in our founding documents. Democrats and the left insist on the psychologically mind numbing one size fits all answers for everything. The left is busy insisting that there are no winners or losers, when life teaches us the opposite. These social distortionists are engaged in disseminating lies and half truths and the result is taking a very heavy toll on our national consciousness.
Moral relativism can be found in utilitarianism, evolutionism, existentialism, emotivism and in situationism. Everyone of these forms of moral relativity share the common unifying ideal, that absolute morals do not exist, and that what is right or wrong is a product of happenstance and cultural human preference.
The left celebrates a life based on justification alibis and excuses for toxic behavior. Morals and ethics can be altered from one situation, person, or circumstance to the next. Essentially, moral relativist say that anything goes, because life is ultimately without meaning or what ever you perceive the meaning to be. Words like "ought" and "should" are rendered meaningless. In this way, moral relativism makes the claim that it is morally neutral.
The main argument relativists appeal to is that of tolerance. They claim that telling someone they are morality is wrong is intolerant, and relativism tolerates all views. But this is misleading. Evil should never be tolerated.
Worst of all moral relativism makes society unstable. It blurs the concepts of right and wrong. Moral relativity allows temporary swings in popular opinion. Practitioners of moral relativity use all the tools of the left in arguments, and frequently will choose to both see and shape history through a lens that frames facts to suit their agenda. Each step away from moral absolutism devalues diminishes and damages the building blocks of what makes a society strong.
A result of this valueless thinking and of accepting this vague blurry line between right and wrong is what has allowed in many instances evil persons to rise to power. And it is this type social dysfunction that allows narcissist and nihilist seeking radical change by abusing temporary swings in popular altruistic opinion to seize power.
A vast number of Americans have embraced Moral Relativism as a defense of socially toxic behaviors and attitudes. Moral relativity is practiced by an amalgamation of leftist groups from various politically active numerically challenged political and social ideologies. Those group ideologies are not large enough on their own to electorally win an election but aligned together and elected President Obama.
The left manipulated moral relativism and political altruism to elect Obama, who shares their moral relativity. He is the first Post Modern American President who sees no authority superior to his own, and believes his views are superior and that our Constitution is fundamentally flawed. Obama believes it is his moral duty to fit the Constitution to his morally relative view point. And it is this thinking that drives Obama to rule by fiat when his agenda is met with principled moral absolutism.

Altruism substitutes the second for the first; it evades the task of defining a code of moral values, thus leaving man, in fact, without moral guidance.
Altruism declares that any action taken for the benefit of others is good, and any action taken for one’s own benefit is evil. Thus the beneficiary of an action is the only criterion of moral value—and so long as that beneficiary is anybody other than oneself, anything goes."
Our Nation is in grave peril.
We are Fiscally Bankrupt.
Since taking control of the house and Senate in 2006 Democrats have been on a spending spree. Foolish modifications were altruistically made to loosen credit requirements to buy homes, cars, and lines of credit. President Bush kept the expenditures for the Wars in both Afghanistan and Iran off of the general budget.
In 2007, "Too Big to Fail" was coined and used as a vehicle for massive government intervention in US Banking and Investments, and billions of US Taxpayer dollars were used to interfere in the private sector. Shortly after Obama was inaugurated a second stimulus was passed. However it was not immediately pumped into the economy but passed out to various Agencies who sought out agenda driven projects wasting vast sums of tax payer dollars on ill advised green energy projects.
The last Budget for the Federal Government was passed on April 29, 2009. It has been 930 days as of today, November 15, 2011 since President Obama and the Democrats have performed their fiduciary duty. The Republican house passed a budget on April 15, 2011 as I write this blog our National Debt is only 3 billion dollars away from the benchmark of 15 trillion dollars and will soon surpass our GDP.
We are at the brink of Moral Bankruptcy.
In recent years we have had a President, Clinton be charged with Articles of Impeachment due his Lothario like behavior with an intern, Senators and Congressmen, Governors, and Candidatesseeking the highest offices in our government forced to resign for inappropriate sexual conduct.
Just this last week a long secret scandal at Penn State exposed a former Defensive Coach, Jerry Sandusky as an alleged pedophile and charged him with multiple charges of sexual assault. Not only is Sandusky's behavior monstrous, but most of of his associates were aware of his pedophilia and did not alert the Police allowing his disgusting behavior to continue for years. Not only were those in the infamous Nittany Lions coaching staff and Athletic Department aware of his behavior but also the Chancellor of the College.
Our national leadership and Corporate leadership are Ethically challenged.
Apparent pay for play with Solyndra, GunRunner where guns were illegally sold and taken to Mexico, resulting in the death of a border agent. Former Senator and Governor Corzine and his now bankrupt hedge fund, the list is endless. We undermine our allies. Members of Congress basically commit insider trading, but it is not against the law for them. Government officials who have been tax cheats. Authorities on every level refuse to enforce our immigration laws, and sue states who model state law on Federally coded immigration law. Bernie Madoff, Enron. I could link all of these issues, but they are common knowledge.
We support abortion and deny that fragile being in a mother's womb is a child. The left would have us believe that this infanticide is just a mass of cells. Once ObamaCare is in force we will have death panels who will choose who gets life saving care and who does not based on some faceless nameless hidden bureaucrat's cost analysis determining the value of a life.
The basic family unit is under attack, divorce once a social disgrace is now widespread. The child abuse rate is high. We are caught up in celebrity. Our government is interfering in free enterprise with miles of regulation that hamper the pursuit of happiness. This nation has a drug addiction problem, an alcoholism problem. We have a gang problem.
The 4th Estate, the press, Mainstream Media and Broadcast Organizations distort the truth in the name of Political Altruism to move a political agenda.
We are cognitively challenged. We engage in affirmative action which awards and moves poor performers over those who have better scores and skills. The result of this National acceptance of lowest common denominators has resulted in large segments of our society unable to identify facts from fiction. This segment has traded self fulfilling individual achievement and chosen the slide from the quest for excellence to the social engineering of aspiring to failure. A nation breaking culture that awards the least marginally able, by promoting the lowest common denominator with favoritism and punishing excellence.
Each of these declines can be directly attributed to the practice and pursuit of moral relativism.
